Nick J. Cirignano
Nick is a partner in the firm, practicing primarily in the area of Business Succession & Estate Planning, Corporate and Commercial Law, with an emphasis in the areas of Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy, and Real Estate. In his Bankruptcy practice, Nick has represented creditors in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States and has represented the City of Evansville in significant development projects.
Nick was born and raised in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, graduated from Haverford College in 1994 with a B.A. in Economics, and received his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2001. Prior to entering law school, Nick spent three years working as a foreign currency options trader on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange for Banque Nationale de Paris. Nick is actively involved in the Evansville community and currently serves on the board of the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana and the board of the Carver Community Organization. Nick has also been an adjunct lecturer in Business Law at the University of Evansville. He is a member of the Evansville Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
