Marco DeLucio is a partner in the firm who practices Real Estate and Corporate Law with emphasis on the areas of Business & Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights.
Marco was born in Richmond, Indiana, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Freiburg in West Germany and DePauw University in 1981. He received his law degree from Drake University and Indiana University – Indianapolis in 1984, graduating summa cum laude.
Marco served as the President of the Vanderburgh County Law Library Foundation from 1993 to 1994 and as President of the Evansville Bar Association in 1995 and 1996. He is currently a member of the Indiana and Evansville Bar Associations and serves as Counsel for the Evansville Area Association of Realtors. He also has been the Vice President of the Evansville Brownfields Corporation, a quasi public/private entity promoting remediation and development of Brownfields.
Marco is a past Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana (2006-2008), Chief Volunteer Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Southwestern YMCA, a member of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley, Inc., the past Secretary of the Evansville Country Club, and the Secretary and member of the Executive Committee of the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana.
