Mary Lee Schiff

Lee Schiff is counsel in the firm and has practiced in the areas of Labor & Employment Law and Litigation for over 26 years. She regularly counsels and represents clients in a broad range of industries on employment related matters (discrimination, FMLA, harassment, ADA, WARN, ADEA, retaliation, ERISA, NLLRB, EEOC, IOSHA, DOL, ICRC.) Lee also focuses her practice on commercial disputes (contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts) and family law.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lee earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University in 1986, and her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1989. Lee is admitted to practice law in both Indiana and Ohio.
Lee is very involved in the local community and her church community. She is a graduate of Leadership Evansville, has previously served on the Evansville Bar Association Board of Directors, the Reitz Home Museum Board, the Parks Foundation Board of Directors and The Evansville Children’s Museum. She also serves on the Holy Rosary Finance Committee and was Chair of the Committee in 2014. She is also a member of the American, Indiana State, Ohio State and Evansville Bar Associations.
