Kelly J. Jackson
Kelly is counsel in the firm, practicing primarily in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law with an emphasis in the areas of Business & Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, and Health Care.
Born and raised in Tell City, Indiana, Kelly earned her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 1997, graduating summa cum laude, and her law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2000, graduating cum laude. She is a member of the Evansville Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
Kelly is actively involved in the local community and her church community. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Evansville Museum of Arts, History and Science and on the Board of Directors of the Evansville Bar Foundation. She is a member of ANEW and the Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County. She also serves on the Marriage and Life Commission at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, sponsoring engaged couples about to be married, and recently co-chaired the Holy Rosary Catholic Church Gala. She was a member of the Board of Trustees for the Salvation Army for over ten years, has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Evansville Bar Association, and has volunteered for various community events such as Habitat for Humanity builds and the Komen Race for the Cure.
