Jeffrey W. Henning
Jeffrey Henning is a partner in the firm who practices commercial and business law. His practice focuses on banking and finance law, creditors’ rights and equine law. Jeff routinely represents lenders and financial institutions in loan transactions, loan workout and restructuring matters, foreclosure actions and regulatory matters. Jeff also serves as the primary legal advisor to several local and regional companies.
Jeff was born in Evansville, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1990 and received his law degree from St. Louis University in 1993.
Jeff is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western District of Kentucky, Southern District of Illinois and the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. He is a member in good standing of the Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky State Bar Associations.
Jeff is very active in the community, and has held a number of positions with local organizations including the Tiger Archery Club, Evansville Catholic High Schools, St. Benedict Cathedral, Girl Scouts of Raintree Council, Evansville ARC, Inc. and the United Way of Southwestern Indiana.
