J. Michael Luttrull
John “Michael” Luttrull is an associate with the Firm who practices primarily in the area of Business and Corporate Law with an emphasis on Business Services, Real Estate and Banking and Finance. Additionally, Michael provides counsel to the City of Evansville in various municipal matters. He enjoys working with both small and large businesses, focusing on their unique corporate and transactional needs, whether its drafting and reviewing contracts, helping form small businesses, or assisting in lending and real estate transactions.
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Michael received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Evansville in 2011, graduating magna cum laude. While at UE, Michael played on the men’s soccer team, where he was recognized twice as an ESPN Academic All-American, as well as the recipient of UE’s Ralph H. Coleman Award, awarded to the University’s most outstanding male senior scholar athlete. Prior to studying law, Michael was an accountant living in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he was the controller of a local car dealership with locations on the islands of St. Thomas and St. Croix. Michael received his law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2016. During law school, Michael continued to work as an accountant in Indianapolis until May 2014, when he joined the Firm as a law clerk following his first year of law school.
In his free time, Michael enjoys supporting UE athletics, including being a founding member of UEFC, which supports the University’s men’s soccer team.
