Frank Mattingly is an associate with the Firm practicing primarily in the areas of family law, intellectual property and general litigation. Frank also provides legal services for the City of Evansville in municipal matters. He enjoys assisting businesses and individuals with various aspects of trademark and copyright law as well as issues that may arise for businesses on the Internet.
Frank was born and raised in Evansville and graduated from Reitz Memorial High School in 2010, where he was a captain of the football team and earned Downtown Quarterback Club All-City honors. He earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 and his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2017. While earning his J.D., Frank served as Executive Editorial Director for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.
The son and brother of Memorial coaches, Frank is an avid supporter of Memorial athletics and can often be found at various sporting events, particularly football games and wrestling matches.
