Ariana Tanoos is an associate with the firm who focuses in the areas of Estate Planning & Administration. She particularly enjoys assisting families and individuals in planning for the future. Ariana also practices in the areas of Real Estate, Adoption, and Immigration and advises the City of Evansville on a variety of matters involving Municipal Law. Additionally, Ariana is a certified civil mediator.
Ariana was raised in Newburgh, Indiana and attended Castle High School. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Evansville in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. During that time, she completed a legal internship at the Vanderburgh County Circuit Court. Ariana obtained her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While earning her law degree, Ariana was chosen as the recipient of the Honorable Cale J. Holder Scholarship, the Barbara Abrams Scholarship, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing. Additionally, Ariana was an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review. She is the author of Shielding the Presumption of Innocence from Pretrial Media Coverage (2017). Ariana was also a legal writing tutor for the Dean’s Tutorial Society.
Ariana is a member of the Evansville Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
